At Aeon Archaeology we pride ourselves in offering affordable archaeological contractual and consultancy services for your company, project, or private development. We specialise in all forms of archaeological assessment, mitigation and recording, as well as providing consultancy services. Our aim is to provide professional solutions for projects of any size, from private domestic developments, to infrastructure, housing and energy-sector schemes.

We work with clients across Powys and surrounding areas, including Welshpool, Newtown, Llandrindod Wells, Brecon, and Machynlleth.

Aeon Archaeology was established in 2012 and is a Registered Organisation with the Chartered Institute for Archaeologists (CIfA).

We offer expertise and advice in all archaeological works including desk based assessments, archaeological watching briefs, historic building surveys, environmental impact assessments, archaeological evaluations and excavations.
